You send an email.

Best case:

  • or something equally unhelpful

And the weird bit?

Even when it does work… it doesn’t feel good.

And here’s the part that really stings

You spend time:

Just to compete in a place where:

So I stopped trying to win in the inbox

And did something that felt… slightly uncomfortable.

I started sending handwritten letters.

Not to everyone.

To the right people.

I focused on:

  • newly launched websites
  • businesses I could genuinely help

No scraping.
No blasting.

Just considered outreach.

First campaign

750 letters sent.

Month one:

  • 18 scans
  • 10 meetings
  • 4 websites sold

From cold.

No retargeting.
No nurture sequence.
No second touch.

And then I did it again

And again.

Now it’s something I do every single month.

Because consistency beats clever. Something real sticks out in a digitally fatigued society.

Why this works (when everything else feels harder)

It’s not because handwritten is “nice”.
